The Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs Announces Third Annual Executive Perspective Event

Panel, Sponsored by Accenture, to Focus on “Where Will All the Talent Come From”

Cincinnati, OH — June 29, 2010 — The Greater Cincinnati chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) today announced its third annual Executive Perspective event, sponsored by Accenture.   This year’s panel discussion, on Thursday, July 15, will focus on “Where Will All the Talent Come From?” and will examine best practices for identifying, preparing and developing an organization’s most critical resource — its people.

Several business leaders will offer their perspectives on strategies related to attracting, developing and retaining top talent.  A question and answer session will immediately follow the panel discussion.  The panelists are:

  • Steven Alonso, executive vice president, Consumer Lending, Mortgage and Business Banking, Fifth Third Bank
  • Luis Campos, vice president human resources, Global Household Care, Procter & Gamble
  • Geri Hernandez Geiler, Esq., director, Agency Charge Investigations, Macy’s
  • Pedro Suriel, senior executive, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Public Services Operating Group, Accenture

Kevin Dooley, a senior executive in Accenture’s Manufacturing Products Industry group and location managing director of the Cincinnati and Dayton offices, will moderate the panel.

“It is with great pleasure that, for the third consecutive year, we are teaming with Accenture to bring together talented business leaders to share their perspective and knowledge,” said Ian Almeida, president of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of NSHMBA.  “Undoubtedly, executives and professionals who attend this event will leave with insights into the challenges all companies face regarding human capital in the global economy, as well as strategies and suggested remedies.”
