Cincinnati Based Flamingo Air/Airline Ground Schools Approved to Establish Operations in Japan
November 27, 2017 – Cincinnati, OH – Through the efforts of Flamingo Air’s director of international development Albert Pod, the company is now in the process of establishing agreements with “Partner Companies” in Japan to offer drone training, maintenance and repair courses throughout the country.
Flamingo Air’s “Worker Bee” Division has emerged as a recognized industry leader in the area of drone research, design, maintenance and repair, says Flamingo Air president David MacDonald.
“Worker Bee is establishing itself as a global center for drone education, design and maintenance. It joins a sister division, Airline Ground Schools, as an internationally recognized aviation educational leader, MacDonald said.
Flamingo Air’s Airline Ground School is the largest aircraft dispatcher certification school in the world, graduating more dispatchers per year than any other school. Flamingo Air’s headquarters is based at Cincinnati Lunken Airport and currently has representation in Miami, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Rwanda and now Japan.
