TechSolve Contracts Two Virginia Mason Clinicians to Transform Hospitals throughout the Nation

Cincinnati, OH- February 18, 2016 – TechSolve has contracted Nurse Manager Tonya LeGore and Registered Nurse Cary Stevenson of Virginia Mason as Lean Leader Consultants. They will be responsible for implementing Lean at hospitals throughout the country through hands-on project training, implementation, coaching and mentorship.

Both LeGore, a graduate of Western Governors University in Seattle, WA, and Stevenson, a graduate of Seattle University, have more than 20 years of nursing, Lean implementation, and management experience. They are highly experienced in planning, leading and implementing process improvements that decrease waste and maximize efficiency. Virginia Mason was one of the first hospitals to recognize the benefits of Lean to improve cost quality and delivery and implemented the strategies from the Toyota Production System back in 2002.
