Barleycorn’s Unveils New Restaurant, Catering Menu
Cold Spring, KY – November 16 – Following the commencement of their 40th anniversary, Barelycorn’s recently announced they are changing things up on their menu.
You can still order your favorite doc style wings at all Barleycorn’s locations in Cold Spring, Lakeside Park and Florence, but now you have even more options to choose from with items like Grouper Fingers, Pastrami Rueben and Moonshine Meatloaf.
“We have listened to our customers’ likes and dislikes and this menu is a representation of that feedback,” owner Joe Heil said. “We’re incorporating more local products and building up those business partnerships. For example, our new Chicken and Waffles entrée features Marty’s Waffles from Alexandria, Kentucky.”
But those aren’t the only new food items Barleycorn’s is rolling out. Their catering division, known as Barleycorn’s Select Event Catering, is stepping up their menu with new items like Baked Chicken Oscar, Dijon and Rosemary Crusted Pork Tenderloin and more. The catering service comes to your event with a full-service team.
“We continue to get raving reviews of our catering food,” Heil said. “Whether it is a wedding, home party, company function or golf outing, we’ve got you covered. We guarantee your guests will be impressed! Our staff is professional, detail-oriented and ready cater to your needs.”
