Former Cincinnati PRSA President, Agency Owner to Speak to Cincinnati PRSA New Pros
Eisen Boss to Share Thoughts With Young Pros Who May Wish to Be Entrepreneurs
Cincinnati, OH – September 12, 2012 – Running a successful business, particularly in this economy is certainly a challenge, and a majority of PR firms across the country continue to cut staff and struggle to maintain business. One local PR firm owner, Rodger Roeser of Greater Cincinnati’s The Eisen Agency, just earned a coveted spot on the 2012 Inc. 5000, and has twice been a Business Courier Fast 55 Firm. He will share why he believes his firm has been so successful with the next generation of PR leaders during a panel presentation with the Cincinnati PRSA New Pros on Thursday, September 20th at 6 p.m.
Those interested in attending may RSVP to CincyNewPros@Gmail.com.
The event, held at the Coffee Emporium (110 East Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH), features PR leaders from Greater Cincinnati speaking about their experiences and lessons they have learned, and how new professionals can learn and grow from those experiences to further their career.
“Having served as chapter president in 2005 and speaking across the country to both PRSA and PRSSA Chapters, it’s wonderful to see the incredible drive and talent in our up and coming professionals,” Roeser said. “The opportunity to share some of the ups and downs in creating and running not only a successful PR firm, but a successful business in general, should be eye opening as these pros look to what is ‘next’ in their career path.”
Roeser served as chapter president in 2005, and is the founder of the chapter’s highly successful Blacksmith Awards Program. He is the current national chairman of the Public Relations Agency Owners Association, and has earned numerous awards for business and industry excellence.
