2011 Pillar Awards: Eisen has never been so humbled

Dear Rodger:

Congratulations!

On behalf of Medical Mutual of Ohio and Smart Business, I am honored to inform you that The Eisen Agency has been named a winner of the 2011 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service. Your charitable works are a tribute to the central Ohio region and we congratulate you on your organization’s commitment to philanthropy.

All 2011 Pillar Award winners and their good deeds will be featured in the January edition of Smart Business Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. As a winner, you will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the January 25, 2011 Pillar awards recognition event, where we will honor you and your fellow Pillar Award recipients.

Doors open at 5 p.m. for the recognition event, which will be held at the Duke Energy Convention Center (525 Elm Street, Cincinnati 45202). Look in your mail this month for an opportunity to purchase additional tickets.

If you have not already spoken with a member of our editorial team, please expect a phone call or e-mail from them concerning the article we will be writing. We may have enough information from the nomination form to write the piece, but will need to ensure we have artwork – such as a headshot and company logo – to accompany the story.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (440) 250-7026 or via e-mail at dsklein@sbnonline.com. Again, congratulations on your accomplishment and thank you for your dedication to community service.

Sincerely,

Dustin S. Klein
