Eisen Marketing Group a Finalist in the 2009 Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work Program
Cincinnati, OH – October 13, 2009 – Cincinnati’s top public relations firm, Eisen Marketing Group (EMG) will be recognized as one of 25 best places to work in Greater Cincinnati during the 7th Annual Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work award luncheon, Wednesday November 11th, 2009 hosted by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
More than 100 nominations were received for the 2009 program. Finalists are awarded after first being nominated by one of their employees, followed by review of extensive employee surveys ranked by the Business Courier. The companies who rank the highest in employee satisfaction will be revealed at the awards luncheon on Wednesday November 11, 2009.
“EMG is humbled to receive such recognition as we realize that happiness breeds creativity, innovation and success,” EMG founder and president Rodger Roeser said. “At EMG we continuously aspire to create an enjoyable atmosphere for both our employees and clientele. It is through this mutually beneficial relationship that we owe all of our success, and this is a credit to our clients and to our professionals.”
Roeser attributes the accolades to the importance the firm puts on ongoing professional growth and development, as well as the inclusion of the entire EMG team involvement in their successful Operation: Outreach non-profit public relations program. “We work hard, and everyone is involved in the success of the firm. No one wants to let anyone down. There are no egos. There are no prima donnas. It is a firm of focused and hard working professionals who truly enjoy working together on behalf of EMG clientele,” Roeser added.
The luncheon will be held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center from 11:30 – 1:30 p.m. on November 11, 2009 and will include a discussion geared toward helping best places to become better. Luncheon will cover how developing policies and procedures for handling workplace challenges, including emerging health concerns, workplace investigations and downsizings, can effectively reduce your risk and result in a healthier business.
