Staying on the Side of Truth in Advertising, Marketing Dos and Don’ts

Cincinnati, OH – July 15, 2009 – When can marketers make “green” claims? What are the rules for partnering with non-profit organizations to promote products or services? When are disclaimers necessary? What’s the right way to run a sweepstakes? How can marketers avoid advertising challenges?

The annual event was developed by Frost Brown Todd and is supported locally by the Cincinnati AMA, Cincinnati Ad Club, and the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau.
